EssayLab.Org review
Essaylab.org.com has a very simple website. This means that the team didn’t want to invest in the company’s image. However, it is pretty clear and easy to use. Then, the company says that it is made out of more than 100 writers and editors. These are from different countries: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and Western Europe. But they don’t say if these persons are working from the same location or online, each one from his home. And then, we don’t know if the writers are highly educated, with Master or PhD degrees.

Services Offered

Unfortunately, Essaylab.org.com does not have a separate page with services offered. The website only contains a list of services on the right side of every page. If you click on a category, you will have an unpleasant surprise. The new page does not contain another list with more specific types of papers, but just an article praising the team’s texts. Students can find more papers at another page called About us. However, this is a strange place to add a list of services.

Anyway, here are the services offered by Essaylab.org.com:

  • Assignment;
  • Admission Essay;
  • Book Reports;
  • Dissertation;
  • Custom Essay;
  • Lab Report;
  • PowerPoint Presentation;
  • Research Paper;
  • Research Proposal;
  • Thesis;
  • Thesis Proposal.

Additionally, the company states that writers can also complete business assignments.

Prices

Even if the website has announced that it is able to create any kind of paper, the pricing page only contains three categories of services: for academic writing, for editing/formatting, and for business writing. The prices are quite high, taking into account that they are not differentiated for every type of paper. In this way, for example, a simple essay has the same price as a dissertation or thesis. This is not normal at all!

Below, you can find some quotes for every kind of service:

  • Academic writing, high school level: from $16.50 per page (deadline of 15 days or longer) to $30.80 per page (deadline between 3 and 23 hours);
  • Academic writing, College Junior level: from $22.45 per page (deadline of 15 days or longer) to $38.65 per page (deadline between 3 and 23 hours);
  • Editing/Formatting, high school level: from $10.55 per page (deadline of 15 days or longer) to $20 per page (deadline between 3 and 23 hours);
  • Editing/Formatting, Master level: from $17.35 per page (deadline of 15 days or longer) to $26.85 per page (deadline between 3 and 23 hours);
  • Business Writing, standard level: from $20.70 per page (deadline of 15 days or longer) to $33.45 per page (deadline between 3 and 23 hours);
  • Business Writing, premium level: from $35.45 per page (deadline of 15 days or longer) to $39.90 per page (deadline between 3 and 23 hours).

The deadlines may be a problem at Essaylab.org.com – it is not fair to practice the same quote for 15 days and also for more than this. The same goes for the 3 or 23 hours deadline. If there is only one price for this interval, than students have the right to always ask for their papers to be done in 3 hours!

Discounts and free features

Unfortunately, Essaylab.org.com does not offer discounts to its clients. Or at least they don’t say anything about this on the website. We wanted to ask the agents about this kind of offers, but guess what? They were offline! Honestly, the prices are really high and students would have used some cut offs. Not everybody has so much money to spend on a single paper.

On the other side, the company offers several free features: outline, title page, plagiarism report, e-mail delivery, and revisions. The value of these services is not stated, so we don’t know how much will a customer save.

Customer support

The customer support center is not available 24/7/365. Agents are only working from 9 am in the morning to 9 pm at night, so 12 hours/day. But these are USA hours, so the rest of the students are not taken into consideration. First they brag about their worldwide team and then, they neglect to serve users from other countries. This is very unprofessional!

Essaylab.org.com has no phone numbers, so clients can only contact them via mail (support@essaylab.org) or live chat (when online, of course).

What’s special about this service?

This service has negative special features: no Services page, no instant calculator for total sums, no pricing table for every type of text, no information on writers’ educational background, no phone numbers and no customer support center working 24/7!
